Florilège is a rosé wine with the AOP Côte de Provence quality label. Certified Demeter, vegan and organic, this wine is grown, vinified and bottled at the Domaine de la Marseillaise. A fine and elegant wine to enjoy well chilled.

Care and treatment given to the soil and the vine in accordance with the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

16 years (Grenache, Syrah), 4 years (Vermentino)

Harvest
Handpicked in crates of 20 kg

Vinification
Direct whole-bunch pressing. Gentle racking of the must, the juices are assembled before a fermentation of 4 weeks at a temperature of between 18 to 20°C.

Maturing
Matured in vats for 3 months on its fine lees, with regular batonnage.

Production
8000 bottles.

Wine tasting
Very pale brilliant shade. Fine nose with floral notes. Rounded on the palate, fruity and fleshy. A delicate, elegant wine.
